The terms for using Dygnsringen. The important part is the section on price data: the app shows spot prices and estimates, not invoices.

About the service
Dygnsringen shows spot electricity prices for the four Swedish price areas and helps you move energy-intensive runs to cheap hours. The app is provided by Shehryar Hassan.
By using the app you accept these terms.
Price data
Prices come from elprisetjustnu.se and are based on Nord Pool spot prices. They are spot prices, the commodity price of electricity, not the amount on your invoice.
- If you enter markups, taxes and fees, the app calculates a total price. That is a calculation from your input, not an invoice.
- If you enter nothing, raw spot price is shown.
- Tomorrow's prices are published no earlier than 13:00 and may be missing before then.
- We do not guarantee that prices are correct, complete or available. The source may be down or return errors.
Your electricity invoice is always the authority. Do not base decisions you cannot afford to get wrong on this app alone.
Estimates
The app calculates appliance consumption, monthly cost and savings. All such figures are estimates:
- Appliance consumption values are typical figures, not measurements from your machine.
- Monthly cost assumes even consumption across the day, which no household has.
- The savings total assumes you actually ran the appliance when the plan said. The app cannot know whether you did.
- Housing profiles are rough averages and may differ substantially from your actual consumption.
Price area
The town list that helps you find your price area is guidance. Boundaries do not follow municipal lines everywhere and the list does not cover every town. Your actual price area is stated on your electricity invoice.
Ads and purchases
The app is free and funded by advertising. Parts of the content can be unlocked by watching an ad.
You can purchase permanent ad removal. It is a one-time product, not a subscription, and is handled by Apple. Refunds are requested from Apple, not from us. The purchase belongs to the Apple Account that made it and can be restored in the app's settings.
Notifications
Alerts about cheap hours are scheduled locally on your device. They may fail to arrive if the device is off, if the app has not been opened for a long time, if iOS denies background refresh, or if prices could not be fetched. Do not rely on them for anything critical.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. We are not liable for financial loss resulting from incorrect prices, missed notifications, inaccurate estimates or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
Intellectual property
The app and its design belong to the rights holder. Electricity price data is provided by Elpriset just nu.se under their terms.
Changes and termination
These terms may change. The date at the top is updated accordingly. The service may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Consumers may refer disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, arn.se.
